Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kanikaar. We strive to provide high-quality women’s clothing and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 2 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount may not be eligible for return unless defective.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

To initiate a return, please email us at refunds@thekanikaar.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item(s) back.


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • A full refund (excluding original shipping charges) will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds may take 5โ€“10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

In case of defective or incorrect items, a full refund including shipping costs will be issued.


3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Intimate wear, bodysuits, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom-made or altered items
  • Gift cards

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will investigate and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on your preference.


6. Cancellations
