Return Refund and Exchange

At Kanikaar, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully happy with your order, we offer return, refund, and exchange options under the terms outlined below.


1. Return Policy

You may request a return under the following conditions:

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following situations:

  • If the item was defective or incorrect, a full refund including original shipping charges will be issued.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the product.
  • We will offer a replacement, refund, or exchange as per your preference (subject to stock availability).

6. Cancellations
